Code of Practice Governing the Conduct of Adjudications is published

Pursuant to Section 9 of the Construction Contracts Act 2013 the Minister of State at the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation today published the Code of Practice Governing the Conduct of Adjudications. A copy of the code can be downloaded from the Department’s website at https://www.djei.ie/en/Publications/Code-of-Practice-on-the-Conduct-of-Adjudications.html
