Order giving effect to the provisions of the Construction Contracts Act 2013 is made

The Order giving effect to the provisions of the Construction Contracts Act 2013 was made today. The Act will apply to applicable construction contracts entered into after 25th July 2016. A copy of the Construction Contracts Act 2013 (Appointed Day) Order 2016 (SI No. 165 of 2016) can be downloaded at https://www.djei.ie/en/Legislation/Legislation-Files/SI-65-2016.pdf
