The passing of the Construction Contracts Act 2013 clears the way for the introduction of construction adjudication in Ireland. Construction adjudication has been available in other jurisdictions for many years and in this short paper Anthony Hussey discusses some of the unique aspects of the adjudication provisions in the Irish Act.
