Code of Practice

Under Section 9 of the CCA 2013 the Minister is entitled to publish a Code of Practice governing the conduct of adjudications. This Code of Practice (COP) was published by the Minister on the 5th July 2016. A copy of the revised CPO was published on the 25th July 2016. A revised copy of the COP can be downloaded at https://www.djei.ie/en/Publications/Code-of-Practice-on-the-Conduct-of-Adjudications.html.The COP sets out how adjudications are to be conducted under the following headings:-
